How do I retain services? What is the process?

About 80% of our services start with a initial client consultation to better understand the marketing needs of the client.  After we are contacted, a brief overview is conducted and from there clients choose a package according to their current or future goals.

Can services be retained for a short period of time? How long do campaigns last?

About 1/3 of  the clients that utilize SMBA's marketing services are repeat customers who have come to us for one-time services as often as needed. Other clients who want to take advantage of our social media and online marketing services choose to go with a 4, 6, or 8 week campaign.
Our one-on-one coaching program is one of the most popular services that combines hands-on tools along with personal coaching lasting from 4-12 weeks.

I have little knowledge about how to get results on social media or online marketing. Can I still become a client?
